Located in a sloping terrain overlooking The Little Belt, a strait between the island of Funen and mainland of Denmark.

By the terraced design of the building, located in a sloping terrain, it is emphasized that all hotel guests can enjoy the view of the Little Belt strait. From the rear wing there is a view over the flat roofs of the front. At the top there is a restaurant and banqueting rooms. The rooms are located in the two lying wings.

The hotel builing is owned by Strib Sports School in present time.
